In 2022, G-III acquired the remaining interests in the Karl Lagerfeld fashion brand after having previously launched the Karl Lagerfeld Paris brand in North America in 2015. The full acquisition of global Karl Lagerfeld expanded G-III’s business and presence in Europe, while adding new international expertise.
