Founded in 1983 and taking its inspiration from the water, Nautica has strong brand recognition, offering iconic modern and nautically inspired designs with a casual fit, feel, and function. In March 2023, G-III entered into a licensing agreement with Authentic Brands Group for the Nautica brand for distribution in North America. G-III launched the women’s jeans category in Spring 2024 with plans to expand to additional lifestyle categories over time.
